CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION on conference, spouse and golf tournament is NOT ALLOWED BUT TRANSFERABLE to another person

MEETING FACILITIES
All activities will be held in BNDCC 2, for the Welcome Cocktail in Pecatu Lobby, Dinner  at Pecatu Hall, Panel Discussion in Pecatu Hall 3 & 5, Rendezvous room facilities prepared in  Pecatu Hall 1 & 2, Lunch at Tanjung Benoa hall, as well as private meeting rooms and hospitality suites to companies participating in the lease through Committee prepared in various Mengwi and Legian Rooms. Please contact the committee for assistance.

OFFICIAL HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN NUSA DUA AREA
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. The hotels vary from 4-star to 5-star categories, located in Nusa Dua, Bali. Hotel reservation should be  arranged separately. A special rate for the delegates, including breakfast for 2 pax is provided before October 1, based on first come first serve.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
The Committee shall not provide airport transfers for delegates from and to the airport. Participants who wish to use this facility must make reservations to the respective  hotels with additional cost.

SHUTTLE SERVICES
Compliment shuttle services will be provided between the recommended hotels and the conference venue. The shuttle schedule will be displayed at the registration desk, and the lobby of each hotel official

GOLF TOURNAMENT
Date : Saturday, October 14th, 2017
Venue : Bali National Golf Resort, Nusa Dua        
Tee off time : 07.00 am (shotgun format)  

Depart from the lobby of The Westin Resort, Nusa Dua at 06.30 am
Fee includes : 18 hole green fee, golf cart, 2 bottles of drinking water, breakfast and lunch. Any additional are on personal account.

VISITING INDONESIA
Entering Indonesia without any visa is possible now only for nationals of the following 45 countries and territories: Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Brunei, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines, Chile, Morocco, Peru, Ecuador, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Russia, South Korea, Japan, United States, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and South Africa. 

VISA on ARRIVAL (VOA)
This facility is available for nationals of the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Luxembourg, Portugal, Taiwan

Citizens of these countries will be granted a VoA valid for 30 days upon arrival in Bali, Jakarta and other international airports (by ship at a limited number of Indonesian sea ports). A 30-day visa costs US$35 and is extendable for another 30 days. You can go to the immigration office at the airport by yourself or hire a visa agent who will charge around 50 – 80 US$ for this service per passport. Be aware that Immigration officials calculate the 30-day period as follows: your arrival day is counted as your first day, and you must leave the country on the 30th
