CANCELLATION

Cancellation of participation is NOT ALLOWED. Registration to the Conference, and/or Golf and/or Live Trekking is Transferable to other participant subject to prior notice before the date of the event.

- All activities is centralized at BNDCC 2
- Welcome Cocktail will be held at Pecatu Lobby
- Reconnecting Dinner will be held at Pecatu Hall 1,2,3 & 5
- Conference and Panel Discussion is centralized at Pecatu 3,5
- Meeting facilities is prepared at Pecatu 1,2
- Networking Lunch is served at Tanjung Benoa Room
- Private meeting rooms and hospitality suites is available through lease to the “Indonesia Rendezvous” organizing committee only. through. Please contact the organizing committee for assistance.

OFFICIAL HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN NUSA DUA AREA

Hotel and accommodation is not included in the registration fee and should be arranged separately.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

The Committee will not provide airport transfers for delegates from and to the airport. Participants who wish to use this facility must make reservations to the respective hotels with additional cost.

SHUTTLE SERVICES

Compliment shuttle services from and to the BNDCC will be provided only for the listed Hotels at Nusa Dua area i.e. Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua, The Laguna Resort & Spa, The Nusa Dua Beach Resort, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali, The Bali Nusa Dua Hotel and Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua by Marriot. The shuttle schedule will be displayed at the registration desk, and at the lobby of each hotel official.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

Date : Saturday, 15 October 2022
Venue :Bali National Golf Resort (BNGR), Nusa Dua, Bali
Tee off time : 07.00 am (shotgun format)
Depart from the lobby of East Lobby Nusa Dua Hall, BNDCC 2 at 06.30 am
Fee includes : 18 hole green fee, golf cart, 2 bottles of drinking water, breakfast and lunch. Any additional spending are on personal account.

Entering Indonesia with Visit Visa Exemption Facility and Visa On Arrival

According to the Circular Letter of the Directorate General of Immigration No. IMI-0650.GR.01.01 year 2022 concerning the Ease of Immigration to Support Sustainable Tourism during the COVID-19 Pandemic effective from 27 July 2022, the Indonesian government has decided to exercise the Visa Exemption Arrangement facility and updated the list of countries eligible for Visa On Arrival (VOA) for tourism purposes.

Citizens of these countries will be granted a VOA valid for 30 days upon arrival in Bali, Jakarta and other international airports (by ship at a limited number of Indonesian sea ports). A 30-day visa costs IDR 500.000,00 (equal to US$35) and is extendable for another 30 days.
